1st Continental Granite is a company dedicated to remodeling kitchens and bathrooms, cabinets and countertops in Central Florida.

Operating since 2008, the main opportunity for new customers was the commercial sector such as construction companies, hotels, apartment towers, new and large buildings. However, there was a time when these commercial businesses began to slow down; the opportunities began to decrease, therefore their sales too.

The Challenge

1st Continental Granite market changed abysmally. The construction companies called them less and had fewer large projects with hotels or residence towers. They knew that they should look for opportunities in a new market, because their income was decreasing and that could lead them to close their business.

They had never done any marketing, their contacts had always been referred and they were always very busy. But once the commercial business change, they needed to find other ways to produce new sales.

The second phase was to design a Google Ads Campaign, which was focused on increasing their leads and therefore their sales.
